CLI — ALWAYS WORKS

Command line install.

Any OS, no browser needed. Download the four binaries from the library, set your COM port, and run the generated command for R150.

e.g. COM6 · /dev/ttyUSB0 · /dev/ttyACM0
# From the folder with the four downloaded .bin files:
pip install esptool

esptool --chip esp32c5 --port COM6 --baud 921600 write_flash \
  0x2000 bootloader.bin \
  0x8000 partition-table.bin \
  0xE000 ota_data_initial.bin \
  0x10000 firmware.bin

Run it from the folder holding the four .bin files. pip install esptool if needed.
